Key Details

To enter the prize draw, you will need to fulfil specific actions in different Social Media.

For Instagram:

1. Post a video of your best (and funniest) on Instagram
2. Tag @sweatcoin and use #SweatcoinWalkthePlank in the video so we see it
3. Join the ‘Run for your Life’ race in the app
4. Follow @sweatcoin

For TikTok:

1. Post a video of your best (and funniest) on TikTok

• Entry to the Competition is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited. Entry into the contest accounts for your acceptance of the competition rules.
• There is a limit of one entry per person
• The winners will be chosen by random draw within 7 days of the closing date: 1/11/23

There are the following prizes for the eligible winners:

• First Prize: Apple Watch *** Gen (worth $x**) + 1000 Sweatcoins
• 5 Runner Up Prizes: 500 Sweatcoins (each)
• The prize draw will run from 15:00 BST on the 18th of October 2023 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59 BST on the 1st of November, 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
• All prize draw entries must be received by The Sweatco Ltd. by no later than the time stated above on the Closing Date. All entries received after that time on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
• We will take all valid entries and combine into a single list, and matched with the user’s respective Sweatcoin account
• Winners will be chosen by random draw of the assigned unique numbers [supervised by an independent person/computer algorithm] within 7 days of the Closing Date. The decision is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into in relation to it.

How to Enter and Eligibility:

To enter the prize draw you must:

• Be aged 18 or over at the time of entry;
• Fulfill the entry requirements listed above, for the respective social media channel
• Have a public Instagram or TikTok account - videos that are posted on private accounts will not be viewable by Sweatcoin
• In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim the applicable prize. The Sweatco Ltd. may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw
• The Sweatco Ltd. will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure (where relevant), equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind
• There is a limit of one entry per person per social media. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed
• No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw

Ineligible Entries

The Sweatco Ltd. will not accept prize draw entries that are:

• Automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with or are incomplete;
• Received outside of the prize draw period;
• From individuals who have submitted more than one entry, either through the use of multiple accounts or through the same account; or
• From personnel of The Sweat Foundation (including employees), or its holding or subsidiary companies (or their holding or subsidiary companies), and their immediate families or associates, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw
• The Sweatco Ltd. reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition

The Winners

• Winners will be chosen by random draw [supervised by an independent person/computer algorithm] within 7 days of the Closing Date. The decision is final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into in relation to it
• The winner will be aim to be notified by The Sweatco Ltd. [using the contact details provided at entry/through their account] within 7 days, but no later than 28 days of the Closing Date
• Reasonable efforts will be made to make contact with the prize winner over a period of 3 weeks from the initial notification. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time, the prize may be forfeited and The Sweat Foundation reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
• If it turns out that a winner (i) was ineligible to participate as set out in these Terms and Conditions, (ii) fraudulently entered the prize draw or (iii) otherwise obtained an unfair advantage in the reasonable opinion of The Sweatco Ltd., the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.

The prize

There are the following prizes for the eligible winners:

• First Prize: second gen Apple Watch *** Gen (worth $x**) + 1000 Sweatcoins
• 5 Runner Up Prizes: 500 Sweatcoins (each)

Prizes are subject to availability. If we cannot provide the prize we announced, we may substitute it with something else of equal or greater value. The value is determined using the prize item’s MSRP.

• If we have to substitute the prize with cash, we will base the cash value on the prize item’s stated MSRP. We can only send the cash value to the winner through PayPal or Wise.
• This promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by any of the products or brands featured in the Competition.

The Sweatco Ltd. will not be liable:

• If the winner is unable to take up the Prize or use the Prize as stated;
• For any accuracy as to the true nature, description, quality, suitability or functionality of the Prize (such issues should be raised with the manufacturer). Any pictures depicting the Prize in any media are indicative only and the actual Prize may vary from the depiction including the color. This prize draw does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of the Prize
• The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize other than those that are expressly stated as being included as part of the Prize
• The Prize for the winner is non-negotiable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable
• The Sweatco Ltd. may not be able to offer and deliver the Prize for any reason due to circumstances beyond The Sweat Foundation’s reasonable control as determined by the The Sweatco Ltd. in its reasonable opinion
• In the event that The Sweatco Ltd. is unable to offer and deliver the Prize The Sweatco Ltd. may replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value including (but not limited to) to be decided in the absolute sole discretion of the The Sweatco Ltd. or by cash value on the prize item’s stated MSRP. We can only send the cash value to the winner through PayPal or Wise (formerly Transferwise)

Limitation and Exclusion of Liability

• The Sweatco Ltd.’s responsibility to the eligible winner (determined in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) is delivery of the Prize, or the provision of a replacement alternative prize, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions
• Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by The Sweatco Ltd.’s negligence, and any other liability where it would be unlawful for The Sweatco Ltd. to exclude, The Sweatco Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by any person, including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss, by reason of any act or omission by The Sweatco Ltd., or its agents or distributors, in connection with the arrangement with the supply of the Prize to the winner or in connection with the prize draw
• The Sweatco Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, epidemic or pandemic and supervening legislation or government or regulatory requirements
• Your statutory rights are not affected

Use of your Data

• The Sweatco Ltd. may verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details, and voiding any prize awards where the requested information is not provided
• If you object to any or all of your name, city, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact The Sweatco Ltd.. In such circumstances, The Sweatco Ltd. may still be required to provide the information and winning entry to the UK Advertising Standards Authority or any other similar body on request
